STARCO supplies and commissions pAudio public address and voice alarm (PA/VA) systems, used where a building needs spoken evacuation instructions rather than a sounder tone — schools, hospitals, terminals, malls and large residential developments.
Voice alarm is increasingly required by the Abu Dhabi Civil Defence code for buildings above a certain size and occupancy. We design the loudspeaker layout for intelligibility, integrate the system with the fire alarm panel, and commission it as part of the same package.

IVO Compact voice alarm system
A wall-mounted PA/VA system for small and medium buildings, supplied programmed and ready to commission. Supports phased evacuation on two audio streams, up to 16 loudspeaker lines and 1000 W of connected loudspeakers, with 24 hours standby and 30 minutes of alarm from the integral power supply. EN 54 compliant.
